Toy Cubby Facelift

Here we have a dated old shelf, pretty unsteady, quite ugly and for some strange reason the shelves were able to swing out as if it were going to transform into what one would hope would be a useable piece of furniture. No luck there, so a makeover would hopefully do the trick! 

The wood needed to be sanded, the gaps needed to be filled and the moveable shelves needed to be secured together with a few more screws. This isn't looking much better at this point.

 

Here is the bad boy after its first color added! Starting to take shape...

And here he is all ready to go to its new home!! 

All settled into its new place! What a great toy room piece!
